To support the Workplace Lead and Experience Ambassador in the day-to-day operations of the site. Support coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance activities.
Organise internal gaming tournaments for employees. Includes creation of tournament structure, coordination with players, information dissemination to non-participating employees, prizes procurement and arrangement of in-office broadcast.
Establish program evaluation frameworks and continuous improvement processes, monitoring initiative effectiveness and adapting strategies based on employee response and business objectives
Day-to-day execution of workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement programs across Riot Games spaces
Triage and assign Facilities requests from employees to respective teammates. Update and attend to tickets through Riot Games’ internal online ticketing system.
Design journey maps aligned with Riot Games’ specific requirements
Develop workplace experience strategies and innovative engagement programs tailored to Riot Games culture and employee preferences
Carry out finance process to JLL under new IFM scheme under Corrigo and FWO system.
Foster Guest and Visitor experience by welcoming and registering visitors, addressing employees’ queries and coordinating deliveries
Coordinate vendor management and stakeholder communication for tournaments and workplace events, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance
Deliver comprehensive soft services including reception support, vendor coordination, workplace experience management, and serve as primary occupant liaison to enhance overall workplace satisfaction and operational efficiency
Employee Experience & Communications: Coordinate activities, events registration for employees, including global initiatives. Maintaining energy and vibrancy in common areas through seasonal decoration, lights, music.
Manage office facilities (soft and hard services). Including vendor management for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the office such as housekeeping, meal program and minor office repairs and during office expansion setup.
Plan and organise internal events for employee engagement, culture building and bonding across departments. Source vendors to support events and draft communications and event registration for employees. Events include global initiatives (e.g. Riotling Day),product celebrations, Annual Dinner, corporate social responsibility activities and cultural festivities. Some events include collaboration with regional offices and interdepartmental collaboration.
Upkeep finance procedures including spending, raising purchase requests and invoice submissions.
Conduct regular program evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions during events
Design detailed event concepts and workplace initiatives with clear implementation guidelines and success metrics for Experience Ambassador execution
Delivers on-site operational support for critical functions, events, and strategic initiatives
Assist with changes and moves in workspace seating arrangements.
