Generate comprehensive schedules in a variety of formats and details to satisfy different user requirements.
Communicate with the project manager and project team to generate an outline of the project execution plan, schedule WBS, schedule level of detail.
Develop integrated schedules using Primavera for various projects & their different stages as appropriate (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning).
Analyze productivity, trends and forecasts and update their impact on the schedule, project budget and cost.
Identify the critical path & near critical path within the schedules.
Assist the project team in developing the required look ahead planning on site .
Read and review project drawings, project scope and estimates.
Interface the schedule with the project budget and resource load it with labour and material resources based on the project approved budget hours and quantity.
