- Responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative duties to include training, safety compliance, and disciplinary actions for the work control tea
- Create, maintain, and manage Preventative Maintenance in MAXIMO and GFEBS
- Runs routine daily reports for cross reference between all systems
- Manages and supports a team that processes service orders on a variety of Base Operation Support functions to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds services, building monitoring, alarm maintenance, locksmith, and appliance services.
- Ensure proper record keeping for labor, parts, and expenses utilizing General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), Army Maintenance Programs (ArMA), and MAXIMO
