⦁ Planning, coordination, execution, commissioning, and handover of all site services (in-ground & above-ground), including building work.⦁ Manage systems and processes to ensure all services are installed, commissioned & tested in accordance with all local regulatory requirements in addition to the DT Infrastructure management process.⦁ Responsible for all third-party (service providers) engagement and management during the delivery of the project⦁ Ensure team members understand organisational objectives, and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans.⦁ Manage and lead personnel; prioritise work efficiently⦁ Provide coaching and leadership; and maintain effective communication channels⦁ Resource and develop an effective team able to deliver the required services and demand of the project
Reporting to the Area Manager Services, we are looking to appoint an experienced SPE (services) to work with the project team at Ormeau and ensure coordination and management of the services scope across this multidisciplinary project. You will be an experienced SPE working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor on large scale projects, as well as managing subcontractors.
⦁ Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical/Electrical⦁ Minimum of 6-8 Years demonstrated experience (preferably electrical)⦁ Relevant project delivery experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company⦁ Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of our policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as relevant legislation.⦁ Leadership skills with customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature.
