Develop diagnostic tools and support root-cause analysis of field issues.
Design, develop, and test embedded software and firmware for BMS applications.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with electrical, thermal, and mechanical battery requirements.
Integrate and configure BMS hardware including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).
Document software design, validation protocols, and change logs.
Implement state-of-charge (SOC), state-of-health (SOH), and cell balancing algorithms.
To develop new processes and integrate in NPDS : DFA, DFS, DVA, Ergonomics and cable routing.
