The Technical Onboarding Architect – AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) role is part of Autodesk Customer Success and focuses on helping customers maximize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. This position supports a broad range of technologies in large‑scale enterprise environments and works closely with commercial customers worldwide to assist with technology adoption, solutions, and capabilities.
As a deployment coordinator, the Technical Onboarding Architect demonstrates both technical expertise and program governance capabilities. The architect designs, builds, and maintains strategic fast‑track onboarding services, providing technical deployment guidance and best practices that help customers adopt Autodesk solutions and accelerate their business outcomes.
Acting as a technical trusted advisor, the architect showcases subject‑matter expertise in Autodesk Infrastructure and AECO solutions. Responsibilities include delivering thought leadership, supporting assisted onboarding sessions, reducing deployment complexity, and increasing solution usage and consumption.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining a strategic onboarding service catalog and coaching catalog, curating assets for architectural, civil engineering, and construction workflows, and developing high‑quality digital enablement content that adheres to Autodesk standards. Collaboration across multiple internal teams is essential to drive successful deployments.
Minimum qualifications include 5–6 years of experience in civil engineering, architecture, or construction, an advanced understanding of industry workflows, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Candidates must have expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D, strong working knowledge of InfraWorks and Navisworks, and familiarity with Revit, Dynamo, or Autodesk Construction Cloud considered a plus. Strong communication skills, content creation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects are also required.
