Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate in a project team setting and interact with clients daily.
Basic experience in Microsoft Office required, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, Geostudio Software Suite, Plaxis, ENSOFT LPILE, FB Deep/MultiPier, DigiPro II, and gINT, is a plus.
Strong knowledge of civil and geotechnical systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards.
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience
An understanding of state and federal regulations and the ability to adapt to clientspecific requirements.
The ability to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage ,multiple direct team members.
Strong understanding and technical ability in producing and leading teams through all phases of a design project (proposal, calculations, construction drawings, and final reports).
Excellent teambuilding skills and a willingness to work on multiple teams/disciplines with varying backgrounds.
Efficient project management/technical leadership of assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects.
Licensed Professional Engineer registered in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with the ability to obtain reciprocity in other states.
Understanding client expectations, budgeting, proposal writing, and producing highquality deliverables.
