Represent VHB through participation in professional organizations, conferences, and community engagement.
Manage field investigations and conduct oversight of remediation projects while mentoring and training younger staff.
Coordinate the preparation and review of project deliverables (e.g. Phase I,II,III ESA reports, remedial action plans and reports, soil and/or groundwater management plans, bid specifications, and other technical documents with a high level of proficiency.

Field and office experience (role is approximately 50% field work and 50% office work).
5-8+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting and site remediation. Brownfield investigation and remediation experience a plus.
Strong team leadership, adaptability, collaborative problem-solving and an ability to support the career development of junior staff.
Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) track candidate preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental/Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field (Master’s a plus).
Excellent communication skills, including exceptional writing and the ability to review technical documents with attention to detail.
