  • Manage workforce data using the WIMS system to maintain compliance and monitor progress.
  • Ensure Drugs & Alcohol testing is completed for all new hires.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance at all levels.
  • Work closely with People Partners, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to set up new starters and manage their IT access.
  • Facilitate pre-employment screenings, including medical and safety checks, and coordinate SZC inductions.
  • Lead the efficient and effective onboarding process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assess and verify competencies in line with the SQEP procedures.
