Area Administrator

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
• Ordering Fuel Delivery
• Check and distribute mail/packages
• Occasional travel for training and to support other business units
• General office duties of data entry, filing, shredding, mailers, ect.
• Maintain common areas such as lobby and breakroom
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Manage and distribute all consumables/supplies for office.
• Assist walk in candidates with application process.

Insituform Technologies, LLC. is looking for an experienced Area Administrator.

• Strong communication, organization, time-management and people skills.
• Ability to work professionally and independently.
• Ability to work onsite, 40 hours per week is required.
• Must be able to solve problems with practical solutions and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Must be well organized and able to create systems to complete/track tasks effectively.
• Adhoc basic reporting as assigned based on business needs
• Ability to manage and work on multiple items at one time with interruptions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Solid experience in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
• Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
