The Director, Transaction Management at Cushman & Wakefield leads day-to-day transaction activities for one or more dynamic client accounts, working closely with peers and the account team to support the client’s strategic real-estate vision.
In this role you will oversee the full transaction lifecycle—from initiation through execution—manage stakeholder inputs, coordinate documentation, and ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue tracking, while collaborating with brokerage professionals, internal contributors, and client operational groups.
- Implement portfolio plans aligned with client real-estate goals.
- Optimize portfolio integration with workplace strategy.
- Negotiate business terms with brokerage professionals.
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs and manage key documentation.
- Prepare and interpret financial analysis and accounting concepts.
- Report transaction revenue and ensure report accuracy.
- Lead client and C&W meetings and business reviews.
- Supervise transactional team members.
- Oversee transaction service delivery and negotiations.
- Ensure data accuracy with portfolio administration team.
- Coordinate legal review of lease and owned documents.
- Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and manage site visits.
- Ensure compliance with state real-estate standards.
- Manage budgeting and revenue tracking for transactions.
- Identify occupancy cost-saving strategies.
- Develop expansion/contraction strategies and action plans.
- Produce business cases and financial analyses for strategic plans.
- Quantify and report occupancy cost savings and value-add analyses.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of corporate real-estate experience in transaction management, including complex lease negotiations, as well as a state real-estate salesperson license; designations such as LEED, MCR, or CCIM are advantageous.
- Provide high-level client service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of real-estate transaction management experience.
- Maintain a state real-estate salesperson license; LEED, MCR, CCIM are a plus.
- Read and understand commercial lease and transaction documents.
Benefits
Compensation ranges from $123,250 to $145,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
