Support general software requests from other departments, such as sales and technical support.
Design, develop, implement, and document embedded firmware or embedded software.
Collaborate with internal and external resources on design optimization.
Assist in the component selection process.
Plan and create effective test protocols to verify and validate engineering designs to meet product requirements.

Linux OS system
Hardware design experience nice to have.
Embedded C and C++ programming.
New product development experience.
Utilize a combination of logic, experience, analysis, and methodologies to make solid, timely decisions and solve problems.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Bluetooth, WiFi, and USB.
Experience in firmware development for at least 2 years working with microcroncontrollers
Experience in industrial and/or HVAC products, including motors, pumps, sensors, IoT, and wireless communication.
