At least 5 years of hands-on experience with fan coil units, air distribution, or similar HVAC technologies — especially with mechanical assemblies or electronic controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strategic mindset with the ability to build compelling product and marketing plans and execute them flawlessly.
Confident communicator, able to lead product training sessions and clearly define positioning.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and attend industry events.
MBA or advanced business/technical degree
3–5 years of focused product management experience
Proven track record managing full product lifecycles, from concept through sunset, with strong financial oversight.
