- Update and maintain SharePoint directories.

- Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (business, HR, administration or related field preferred).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

- High attention to detail for documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups.
- Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Volunteer, student organization, administrative or event‑coordination experience is a plus.
- Interest or experience in construction, trades, safety programs, workforce planning, or skilled trades is beneficial but not required.
