Serves as the in-house subject matter expert for electropolishing and electroplating, guiding process design, parameter control, and equipment selection

2 years hands-on experience with electropolishing and/or electroplating processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High familiarity with DOE and SPC
Ability to describe the innerworkings of electropolish and Cu electroplating processes and equipment at the first-principles level.
Experience leading Kaizen or lean events
Rigorous data-driven approach to analyzing engineering trials as well as production data
Clear communicator with a quality-first mindset
Familiarity with Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or automation tools
Master’s degree or higher in engineering or related field
Able to lead technical projects with minimal supervision
4 years of process, equipment or manufacturing engineering experience
