Macmahon are looking for an experienced Leading Hand – HD Mechanic to coordinate and lead our Rebuilds Workshop. The workshop undertakes a range of tasks to manage Macmahon’s fleet of equipment and maintenance projects for external clients. It is fully undercover and houses the rebuild workshop, fabrication, quarantine, sandblast and paint shop, component workshop and warehouse store.

Successful applicants must pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as criminal history and qualification checks, and provide proof of working rights in Australia. Relevant Trade Qualification
1-2 years in a leading hand role
Experience working on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment – CAT, Hitachi
Experience with a variety of engine models and makes
Knowledge of CAT programs such as SIS, VIMS, ET
