The Maintenance Manager works with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to increase net operating income by maintaining the property’s interior and exterior to RPM standards while staying within budget. Prompt, safe, and efficient repairs also support resident retention.
The manager ensures that all maintenance activities align with RPM’s standards and budget goals, contributing to efficient property operations and resident satisfaction.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, one year of supervisory experience, EPA certification, and preferably CPO and Spanish language skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project‑management tools, and a valid driver’s license are required.
The position demands physical ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and operate power tools and computer equipment, and it involves working outdoors, in confined spaces, at heights, and in potentially hazardous environments.
