- Meet with managers, engineers, and colleagues to review project statuses and determine appropriate communication strategies.
- Develop and modify accurate estimates and engineering drawings using BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and/or GIS software.
- Visit site plans to assess existing utility conditions and gather necessary project information.
- Coordinate ROW acquisition, planning, and design functions through regular project updates to ensure schedule adherence and work forecasting.

- General computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and utility design software.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering preferred.
- Experience with OH and UG fiber optic and other telecommunication distribution means.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
- Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and local permitting agencies.
- Working knowledge of ARMS, JETS/JETS scheduling tool, DETS, CYME, and DISTGIS/ArcMap.
- Strong operational planning and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write business correspondence and communicate effectively.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
