- Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts.
- Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary.
- Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.
- Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information.
- Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans and work letters.
- Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, and permit status.
- Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required.
- Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.
- Research and compile all available information for site.
- Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.

- Experience with autocad for design.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Revit.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills in facility layout, floor plan design, and module creation.
- Experience working on large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
