Develop competency using PI Asset Framework (AF) software
Implement real-time monitoring solutions to detect anomalies and deviations in asset performance
Develop predictive maintenance models to proactively identify and address equipment failures
Travel to site, as required
Manage small projects (MOCs)
Utilize Python for data analysis, scripting, and integration with PI AF and related technologies
Integrate PI AF with other IT systems to ensure a holistic view of operations
Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program activities related to project execution, plant change implementation (MOCs), safety instrumented systems, preventative maintenance, reliability, optimization, and alarm management
Create and maintain asset models to provide context for operational data
Evaluate asset health and condition by analyzing data trends and key performance indicators
Improve technical document organization
Assist with overall plant monitoring efforts
Work closely with cross functional team to transform raw data into actionable insights, an exciting opportunity to make significant impact on plant operations
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
Investigate and identify root causes of operational issues using historical data and analytics techniques
