This role supports an effective compliance and ethics program by documenting compliance activities such as complaints, investigation outcomes, awareness training, communications, and conducting independent internal reviews.
Additional obligations involve U.S. citizenship, maintaining Technology Control Plan (TCP) training records for employees and subcontractors, ensuring subcontractors submit required TCP documentation, assisting with TCP infraction investigations and corrective actions, participating in Fluor University training, and contributing to Fluor’s knowledge‑management portals.
- Assist in preparation of compliance management plans, schedules, and reports
- Perform compliance reviews and follow up on findings and corrective actions
- Support development of compliance training
- Promote an organizational culture encouraging ethical conduct and compliance
- Assist in preventing and detecting ethical and criminal misconduct
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Learn and apply applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Maintain record keeping for Technology Control Plan (TCP) training documentation for employees and subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractors submit required TCPs and related documentation
- Assist with TCP infraction investigations and reviews
- Participate in Fluor University training and career development
- Contribute to and promote Fluor’s knowledge‑management portals and communities

Basic requirements include an accredited four‑year degree (or equivalent) with two years of relevant experience, or six years of combined education and experience if non‑degreed, strong communication skills across diverse audiences, necessary technical knowledge, the ability to learn and apply applicable statutes and guidelines, and meticulous, time‑conscious work habits.
Preferred qualifications are intermediate computer and software proficiency, strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities, and a professional certification in compliance and ethics from a recognized industry association.
