Perform the geometric design and other design tasks for roadway improvement projects in conformance with applicable design standards, Ayres quality standards, and requirements of the contract.
Mentor less experienced staff.

Prepare final plans, specifications and estimates.

Experience and proficient with Civil 3D, AutoCAD (preferred) and/or other similar roadway design software.
WisDOT experience is a plus.
A minimum of 4 years of experience consisting of transportation related design.
Experience with 3D Roadway modeling is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation.
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Enthusiastic focus and interest in the use of roadway design software for the development and delivery of creative design solutions and quality final deliverables.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Wisconsin.
