• Conduct accurate financial data entry, analysis, and reporting to assist senior finance and project management teams.
• Monitor, track, and report project expenses, promptly flagging discrepancies to management.
• Use strong analytical judgment to review transactions, identify discrepancies, and escalate concerns for further investigation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, job cost reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile construction invoices, progress billings, bank statements, and project-specific financial records.
• Handle regular financial duties while addressing ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring efficiency and quick turnaround.
• Support tax filings, audits, lien waiver tracking, and compliance-related tasks specific to the construction industry.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients to manage billing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized, accurate financial documentation in line with company policies and industry regulatory requirements.
• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, accurately recording all entries in QuickBooks.
