Coordinates with groups on both rollout and ongoing operational excellence of solution/process for continuous improvement efforts.
Documents the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
Evaluates the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops.
Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, functional specification documents, training, and process flow documentation to implement the solution/process needed.
Seeks out opportunities of improvement from all departments and performs analysis on what efforts would provide the most value (from support tickets, tier 2 support escalations, new solution implementations across all IT departments etc.).
Provides suggestions to the impacted teams during the pilot phase of the deployment of solution to meet the client/department’s business needs.
Communicates effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver solution/process’s desired outcomes.
Collects and analyzes the project’s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to all teams involved in the successful completion of the project.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations promptly and efficiently.
Applies analyzed information to design effective and efficient workflows and procedures.
Manages any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Autonomy & Decision-Making: Makes decisions on routine matters, provides recommendations to supervisor, and refers all exceptions to supervisor.
Creates the deployment plan of the solution/process and chairs operational meetings to hold teams accountable for adoption.
Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality and service.
