Familiarity with technology trends and innovation drivers in high-side cooling systems and industry best practices will be advantageous.
Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .
Degree in Engineering, Science or technologically-related fields with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Master’s degree in business is advantageous.
Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.
Understanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovation thinking with proven track record of energy transition success in securing new contracts in cooling sector.
