  • Prepare Target & Contract programs with the cooperation of contract administration team
  • Take care of and maintain all the company’s own plant and materials
  • Ensure that a project is completed within the time frame established by the Target Construction Programs
  • Address any environmental issues which may be related to on-site construction activities
  • Adhere to and enforce all quality aspects of a project
  • Adhere to and enforce all workplace health and safety regulations
  • To be the company’s primary representative on-site for the construction of a project
  • Coordinate all subcontractor and suppliers’ activities on-site

This role is best suited to someone with a high level of communication, leadership and organisational skills.

  • Previous experience in Procore and Microsoft Project (advantages not critical)
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work well in a team environment
  • Construction Industry White Card is essential
  • Current drivers’ license
  • Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of OH&S
  • Site supervisor license
  • Trade Qualification in Carpentry or other relevant trade
