Lead project teams to deliver ENGIE Impact’s energy and water advising services including benchmarking compliance, building performance management and energy management advisory services,
Provide technical systems and market segment subject matter expertise to support the identification and resolution of complex energy and water management issues
Develop innovative solutions for client challenges and support the strategic expansion of ENGIE Impact services
Lead projects from start to finish, responsible for quality, on-time delivery and client engagement to manage project expectations and deliver results
Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs infrequently but may be required
As a global organization, attending meetings and events during early mornings and evenings may be required
Utilize project management skills to ensure internal and external project stakeholders are participating as needed to enable timely execution of projects

Visual Acuity : Ability to view computer screens and read documents for extended periods.

Bachelor's Degree preferred in one of the following fields; business, engineering, or relevant field
Flexibility : Ability to perform tasks that may require bending, twisting, or standing briefly to access materials or equipment.
Ability to lead projects with multiple workstreams and manage client relationships
Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
Mobility : Ability to move within an office and client site environments including climbing ladders and walking on roofs at height, moving within buildings to access files, machinery, and attend meetings.

Ability to utilize time saving tools and resources such as AI, in a responsible and ethical manner

Frequent Use of Hands : Ability to use hands for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
Occasional Lifting : Ability to lift and move items, such as files, office supplies, and other equipment typically up to 40 pounds.
Adequate working surface (can fit two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and docking station)
Proven track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
Business travel occurs infrequently but may be required up to 20% - 40% of the time

Reaching and Handling : Ability to reach, handle, and manipulate objects and equipment within an office or remote workspace and while on client sites.

Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g. CEM, CEA , LEED, BEAP)

5+ years of direct experience in energy or sustainability management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
