In this role, you’ll co-lead a talented team supporting a major utility client under the guidance of a Cultural Resources Principal. You’ll oversee project execution from start to finish — managing contracts, budgets, and fieldwork while ensuring top-quality deliverables that meet CEQA, NEPA, and Section 106 compliance requirements.
Rincon Consultants, Inc. is growing our Cultural Resources team! We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across California — from renewable energy and utilities to transportation, water, and infrastructure development.
Individuals offered employment must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment. The base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000–$126,000, plus a generous benefits program. At Rincon, our salary ranges are based on market median of similar jobs, according to third party salary benchmark surveys. The base pay that is actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
