The Services Account Manager role at GE Vernova focuses on managing key accounts for GEV Onshore Wind, working directly with senior customer leadership to grow market share and deliver a best‑running fleet.
The position requires leading a cross‑functional team that includes Commercial, Risk, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and close service offerings for both the existing installed base and new unit deals, ensuring sustainable growth and value for customers.
- Own and proactively manage customer relationship strategy across services, parts, upgrades, full‑service agreements, and event‑driven repower.
- Deliver top‑line growth and profitability in the Americas through key accounts, prospecting, demand‑generation campaigns, cross‑selling, and regulatory initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce, accurate forecasting, pricing analytics, and e‑commerce adoption.
- Drive process‑improvement and lean initiatives, identifying challenges and creating actionable solutions.
- Partner with GEV functional stakeholders—product, marketing, commercial, sales, operations, finance, warranty, engineering—to maximize value proposition.
- Develop and sustain relationships with senior customer decision‑makers and influencers at headquarters and regional sites.
- Provide commercial support to GEV Wind Services operations and lead targeted proposal development for profitable growth.
- Lead and participate in regional operating reviews for account planning, growth strategy, market intelligence, and Kaizen sessions.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree (or equivalent experience), at least five years in the wind/renewables sector, and a proven track record in sales, business development, and proposal generation, combined with strong communication, leadership, and matrix‑management abilities.
- Minimum 5 years experience in wind/renewables or power generation and in sales, commercial, business development, or proposals.
- Master’s degree preferred; alternatively, high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years sales origination experience.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, and manage projects within a matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and comply with GEV travel and tax guidelines.
