As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work with clients in the showroom and proactively pursuing new business through outside marketing. You’ll be the trusted advisor to architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service that drive revenue and build long-term loyalty.

A consultative sales style—you listen, understand, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
A strong presence in both showroom and field settings, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred. Ability to travel locally or out of state.

Compensation for this role is base salary (range $64,000 - $67,000 a year) plus a generous commission plan. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
