Description

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to handle the retail customer segment through telephonic interactions from the office. This is a desk-based role focused on achieving sales targets by engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our Washroom Automation and Accessories product range.

• Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups regularly on CRM and Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with peers for customer meetings or on-site visits when required.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and proactively follow up on leads shared through CRM.
• Learn and communicate product details effectively after training.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets through consistent calling and persuasive communication.
• Make and attend telephonic calls with retail leads and customers.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years in inside sales / telecalling / telesales / customer acquisition roles.
• Sales-oriented mindset with adaptability to learn product details.
• Exhibit a growth-oriented and positive sales attitude while handling rejections and objections professionally.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Good command of CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
• Ability to handle large call volumes efficiently.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
