Associate Principal High Voltage Electrical - Renewables and Substations

Description

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, client engagement, and thought leadership in energy transition and decarbonisation.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating renewable energy sources and modernising grid infrastructure.
• Lead technical delivery of T&D projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects across regions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including client-facing experience.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related field, with chartered status or equivalent preferred.
• Prove leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivery complex infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in HV Substations, Primary and/or Secondary Engineering .
• Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy integration, smart grids, and energy storage systems.
