Assist in managing client expectations.
Supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians when necessary.
Conduct code analyses and act as the primary contact with jurisdictions.
Perform submittal reviews during construction and maintain RFI and submittal logs.
Collaborate with the project team on project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents.
Manage technical details and design aspects of assigned projects.
Coordinate communication between the project team, sub-contractors, and other disciplines.
Ensure construction documents align with design intent.

5+ years of experience in Commercial or Retail Architecture.
Experience in creating architectural drawings for commercial or retail spaces
