Laboratory Technician

Description

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
• Collect, record, and report test data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with laboratory projects and daily operations as needed
• Perform laboratory testing on soil, rock, and geosynthetics
• Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and process compliance

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods at a lab bench or workstation
• No prior laboratory experience required — full training will be provided
• Laboratory environment: standard indoor lab setting
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Coursework or exposure to earth sciences, geology, civil, or environmental engineering is a plus (not required)
• Organized, adaptable, and willing to learn new laboratory techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
