Assist with the development of change control documentation and related financial documentation.

Review job safety analysis documentation and other safety documentation as required by the corporate safety program.
Assist in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, closeout execution plans, and project schedules.
Manage subcontractor and vendor field T&M change requests.
Oversee the work of assigned vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Assist in the evaluation of requests for payment against actual performance.
Assist in ensuring compliance of project activities with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead assigned vendors and subcontractors to meet project goals.
Develop a working knowledge of the project budget for assigned trades and identify exceptions to the project budget throughout the execution of the project.
Participate in constructibility reviews of design documents.
The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
Oversee startup activities of assigned trades (if included in the project scope).

Must have access to reliable transportation.
This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying working conditions.
Work schedule may require flexibility, including availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, as well as weekends.
Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
