Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Licensed/Registered Architect in NY (preferred) or NJ, or actively pursuing licensure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with BIM 360 or Navisworks a plus.
Must have experience working with public agencies such as NYCT, MTA, LIRR, Amtrak, NJ Transit, etc.
