Assist in organizing, maintaining, and tracking structure inspection files across various projects and programs.
Communicate effectively with sub-consultants and internal team members to coordinate tasks, confirm information, and ensure data quality.
Support bridge inspection teams by preparing condition reports and organizing inspection findings for formal submittals.

A team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow direction, learn new systems, and support technical teams.
ProjectWise (document and drawing management system)
Experience organizing large volumes of files or managing documentation for infrastructure or construction-related projects.
