Develop strategies for areas that complement the goals and objectives of the university and Housing and Residence life, which includes but is not limited to; student life planning and coordination, marketing and leasing programs, summer camps and conferences and other revenue generating activities.
Work hand-in-hand with campus partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure P3 program performance exceeds partnership goals in support of the greater campus mission.
Collaborate with corporate services and appropriate university staff (Housing and Residence Life, Admissions, Marketing and Communications) to lead the development of a detailed annual marketing plan for housing.
Constantly monitor campus and community sentiment as it relates to the reputation of the P3 program.
Use critical thinking to evaluate opportunities for improvement, discover impacting factors and identify best possible solutions.
Facilitate ongoing customer service improvement including development of regular opportunities to measure resident satisfaction.
Execute effective strategies in accordance with the annual marketing plan and report on outcomes achieved by those strategies.
In concert with the Operations Director, foster positive interactions with campus stakeholders to continuously strengthen the partnership and reinforce goal alignment.
Create an environment of collaboration with the Operations Director and Maintenance Staff to provide excellent service and creative resolutions to unique resident situations.
Maintain a visible presence within the University, attending functions and establishing contacts within faculties and administrative departments as directed by the Operations Director.
Ensure maximum occupancy by supporting the housing renewal and new application processes, including housing contract completions, room assignments and resident communications regarding housing fee payment, move-in, move-out and other administrative processes.
Regularly identify opportunities to interact with members of student population, student staff and university officials in order to continuously enhance our understanding of their needs.
Deploy effective marketing tactics to achieve timely renewals and new applications as well as increasing summer income for the program.

Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, team player mentality with strong relationship management skills.
Must possess the ability to innovate, strategize and execute initiatives that result in the achievement of desired program outcomes.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Marketing, PR or communications is required.
Demonstrated effectiveness in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
Requires superior communications skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all stakeholder groups including students, staff, community groups, external vendors and university personnel and officials during both ordinary and extraordinary circumstances.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred.
