Analyzes operating data involving records, reports, transactions or other documents for accuracy and inconsistencies.
Provides configuration management training.
Conducts audits and reviews to verify compliance with CM standards.
Interface with the PMO to identify additional documents prior to development.
Writes technical documentation compiling, writing/editing and/or coordinating procedure manuals, service manuals, and related technical publications concerned with installation, test, operation, and maintenance of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.
Coordinates/Facilitates the Configuration Control Board (CCB) process.
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify configuration items, control changes, and track configurations.
Maintains the existing system requirements baseline provided by the Government. Maintain and update all existing system documents.
Establishes and oversees the CM processes, procedures, and policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract documentation and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
As each update/upgrade/modification to the system, ensures each document is tracked, traced, and decomposed to account for all approved/new requirements.
Serves as Change Manager providing Configuration Management and Version Control.
Performs technical reviews.
Ensures documentation and tracking of all aspects of hardware and/or software baseline development and modification.

Experience with templates or CM tools to enforce consistency as much as possible to maximize performance and efficiency.
Normal hours of operation (0730–1630 hours).
May require travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, expect approximately 5%.
Advanced user of MS Office products.
BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI is required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience with reviewing and editing various technical and non-technical documents and deliverables, such as analysis documents, memorandums, requirements, functional/technical specifications, reports, assessments, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and programmatic deliverables.
Working knowledge in satellite communications environment highly desired.
