Production Operator I - Second Shift

Description

The Production Associate contributes to the timely fulfillment of customer orders by participating in the filling and assembly of plumbing products. Working under supervision, the associate ensures efficient production flow and maintains a safe, organized work environment.

• Perform production tasks on a rotating schedule as directed by supervisors.
• Retrieve, verify, and process raw materials following department procedures.
• Produce, package, label, and palletize finished plumbing products.
• Maintain workplace organization and process unused raw materials throughout the shift.
• Consult charts for measurements, PPE requirements, and batch coding.
• Complete required production documentation and quality inspections.
• Clean the work area and assist the department as needed.
• Operate equipment such as fill machines, pallet jacks, box cutters, and batch/RF guns.
• Apply manual dexterity and high attention to detail to meet production targets.
• Read and follow standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and wear personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Preferably have at least one year of relevant production experience.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
