Senior Manager

Description

• To work with multiple functional teams to deliver the outcome
• Follow standardized reporting of share price movements, change in investors, top buyers and sellers as per the timelines defined by Group IR team.
• To work with various business teams to collect and interpret data to bring out intelligent analysis
• To prepare and keep an updated valuation model of the company
• To work on investor targeting by analysis existing shareholder database, peer holding analysis, past interactions and other relevant sources
• To deliver creatively designed presentations to enable effective messaging
• To bring out intelligent analysis that can help improve investor communications
• Preparing MIS and reports based on MIS on Monthly, quarterly, half year and annual updates for the respective BU’s within adherence to timelines
• To analyze investor profiles prior to the engagements and to summarize investor discussions post the engagements
• To prepare well designed investor presentations in line with utmost data accuracy
• Facilitate implementation of various investor engagement initiatives like earnings calls, conferences, non-deal roadshows and one on one meetings with equity and fixed income investors as well as sell side analysts
• To carry out financial analysis of global peers

Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• Prior experience in working with external databases like Bloomberg will be appreciated
• Strong exposure and excellent skills in presentation and excel
• 3-7 years of experience in relevant domain
• Good understanding of financial markets and intermediaries
• Ability to perform under competitive environment and tight deadlines
• Strong finance fundamentals and in-depth understanding of financial modeling
