NV5 Geospatial is recruiting Help Desk Representatives to provide technical support for both cloud‑based and on‑premises environments for US Southern Command. The position is remote, requires US citizenship, and may involve a basic background check; a US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred but not required.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess three years of comparable IT support experience, and demonstrate competence in Tier 1/2 ticket resolution, device provisioning, asset tracking, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, and cloud support tools. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications, language skills, and experience with government IT programs.
