- Design and optimize ELV/ICT systems, including structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, and PA systems.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks drawings, layouts, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate closely with BIM modelers for clash detection and accurate design preparation.
- Interface with civil, structural, and architectural teams for spatial and services coordination.
- Plan and design duct banks, telecom rooms, racks, containment, and pathways.
- Review BOQs, vendor datasheets, and technical proposals for compliance with specifications.
- Support site inspections, supervise installation activities, and ensure quality and code compliance.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV/ICT systems per TIA, BICSI, IEEE, and local standards.
- Monitor contractor work quality, progress, safety, and material compliance on‑site.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and as‑built drawings.
- Participate in client meetings and technical workshops.
- Provide technical guidance and coordination support to junior engineers and BIM teams.
