Served a recognised apprenticeship and be qualified to ND / City & Guilds/ NVQ level 3 in Mechanical.

Experience in Operational and Maintenance Service Delivery (Mechanical / HIU / FCU / HVAC / AHU experience).
Mechanical / Electrical / Controls engineering in a similar environment; with comprehensive understanding of current industry practices and relevant legislation.
SMSTS or NEBOSH Certification in Site Safety Management (training can be provided).
