Project Engineer / Project Manager - Demolition

Description

Work with a well-established and reputable civil contractor on a large-scale demolition project. Other sectors are earthwork, excavation, piling, retention, foundations etc.

• Preparation of management reports
• Planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Working on tenders
• Coordinating internal and external resources
• Resolving site issues in a timely manner
• Management of site project teams
• Liaising with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements

Our client is a well-established and market leading civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer or Project Manager to join their growing business.

Our client is looking for a Project Engineer or a Project Manager who has extensive demolition experience and is either located in the Hunter Region NSW or is on a DIDO basis.

• High level of organisation and time management skills
• Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
• 7 – 15+ years’ management experience on demolition projects
• Project management qualifications will be advantageous
• Effective problem solving abilities
• Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
• Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
