- Enforce all company policies and procedures.

Candidates must have at least five years of architectural millwork operations experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of product lines, equipment, AWI assembly standards, OSHA regulations, and the ability to create production schedules using casework engineering software like Microvellum.
The position involves regular interaction with clients and suppliers, work in both office and shop‑floor environments, and requires physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lb, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Minimum 5 years architectural millwork operations experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Ability to create and maintain production schedules that meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of company product lines, equipment, AWI assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency with casework engineering software, preferably Microvellum.
- Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with fluctuating priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills to mentor, motivate, resolve conflicts, set expectations, and provide feedback.
