Carefully control labor hours and invoiced expenses
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
Works with Project Engineer to track and review any open items created on inspections
Create and distribute detailed completion lists and punch lists
Communicate changes to subcontractors in the field and ensure latest plans are being used in the field.
Conduct daily safety walk
Check plans and submit RFI’s as needed so that productivity is not hindered
Assist in the preparation of the weekly subcontractor meeting (i.e., meeting agenda, as well as prepare and distribute meeting minutes to subcontractors on a weekly basis)
Correct any issues immediately and report to sub’s foreman and superintendent
Assist Superintendent with updates to the projected and actual schedule prior to the team meeting each week
Assist Superintendent with creating a 4-week look ahead schedule to distribute at weekly sub meetings
Document repeated offenses and email sub’s main office (copy PM) if an issue continues or is not corrected.
Review draws and invoices when requested for accuracy and report any issues to Project Manager and Superintendent.
Works to PE and APM to ensure that RFI’s are tagged on plans in Procore and field set
Works with PE and APM to maintain a current and permitted set of plans in the jobsite office for the local inspecting municipality
Follow up on all Third-Party Inspections to make sure all deficiencies are cleared
Ensure RFI’s are being marked and clouded on the drawing sets, both in Procore and field set
Inspect and verify the subcontractor’s layout of items. Examples include:
Participate in team and project meetings and prepare meeting minutes (i.e., jobsite, weekly team meetings, QAQC, subcontractor, pre-installation coordination, etc.).
Manage the completion of these lists
Assist in creating 4- Week look ahead schedule
Assist in discussion of weekly safety topic
Weekly Subcontractor Meeting
Be prepared to review and discuss any new Plan Changes and RFI responses
Work with city inspectors to pass inspections as needed

BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field or equivalent experience in construction management.
Has completed or will complete an OSHA 30HR safety certification
Basic knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Basic understanding of facets of the construction process
Basic knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Familiarity with MS Word and Construction Management applications (ex: Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, Textura, Primavera)
