You would be responsible for project estimations on HVAC systems for their large-scale projects.

Develop Cost estimates for Mechanical projects, while identifying project risks and applying contingencies.
Source and manage subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope of work, while benchmarking pricing against market rates/performance.
Lead tender processes from enquiry to submission.
