• Support data center startups with on‑site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in food and beverage industries.
• Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate their systems on‑site.
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers and project teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Travel on rotating schedules (e.g., 5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, 14 on/7 off) to various customer sites.

• Possess a genuine love of travel and willingness to be away from home on rotation.
• Have working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
• Demonstrate adaptability, grit, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Live within 50 miles of a major airport (relocation assistance available).
• Own a personal vehicle within 45 days of employment for local projects.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a technical degree or equivalent 3+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• Meet physical requirements: walk long distances, climb ladders or work at heights, lift/move up to 50 lb, stand, kneel, or reach for extended periods, and work in varied environments.

Compensation starts at $60,000–$75,000 depending on location, education, and experience, plus per‑diem meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization and weekend bonuses, and a culture of trust and teamwork.
