For those who’d rather be on the move than behind a desk, we’re opening our 2026 hiring pipeline now for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who love travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that actually knows your name. If you’re the kind of person who can laugh through flight delays, figure things out on the fly, and find satisfaction in solving complex problems, this might be your perfect fit.
We believe in transparency. Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals for the field and requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking; if you’re new to these areas, the role may not yet be the right fit.
Why you’ll love working with us: you’ll combine work and travel, experience new cities, tackle unique projects, and earn travel rewards while working directly with customers across North America. There is no office to report to, and you’ll be away from home while you’re working.
Compensation starts at $60,000–$75,000 depending on location, education, and experience, plus per‑diem meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization and weekend bonuses, and a culture of trust and teamwork.
We invest in your development through paid training, annual merit raises, and a 5 % salary increase after six months, providing room to grow and career flexibility.
Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, a matching 401(k), short‑ and long‑term disability, paid vacation, and flexible time off after 18 months.
Typical travel rotations follow a days‑on/days‑off schedule (5‑on/2‑off, 10‑on/4‑off, or 14‑on/7‑off), giving you real‑world experience with massive companies while the ProAutomated team supports you.
