  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for each procurement function.
  • Guide and support the Engineering Procurement team in aligning material sourcing with engineering projects, innovation initiatives, and prototype builds.

  • Define and implement procurement policies and long-term sourcing strategies that align with company objectives and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee purchasing and sourcing operations, ensuring purchase orders, supplier agreements, and sourcing practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier diversification to reduce dependency and strengthen resilience.
  • Negotiate and manage key supplier agreements, contracts, and performance improvement plans.

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or willing to start a bachelor's degree within 6 months of obtaining this position.
