- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for each procurement function.
- Guide and support the Engineering Procurement team in aligning material sourcing with engineering projects, innovation initiatives, and prototype builds.

- Partner with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Planning, Finance) to ensure materials and services are available to meet business needs.

- Oversee purchasing and sourcing operations, ensuring purchase orders, supplier agreements, and sourcing practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for supplier diversification to reduce dependency and strengthen resilience.

- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance procurement processes and drive efficiency.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or willing to start a bachelor's degree within 6 months of obtaining this position.
